Gurgaon gets 2 new Oracle units

Gurgaon,India is a place full of multinational companies and other big corporates like IBM,GE,American Express,British Airways,Coca Cola,Gillette and now Oracle has launched 2 new R & D and business solution units here.
Oracle has launched the Oracle Asia Research and Development Centre (OARDC) and Partner Solution Centre (PSC) in India.
These two units are located in Gurgaon,which is very much near Delhi.The two centres are now a part of the 19 R & D and business solution units in the Asia Pacific region.
How will the new centres help?
Oracle Asia Research and Development Centre (OARDC) and Partner Solution Centre (PSC) are going to take up important India specific projects and provide companies with creative and innovative IT business solutions.
This will help the companies to meet the consumer requirements more effectively.
The Oracle India Investment has now crossed the $ 3 billion mark,over the last five years,this tells us how important the Indian market is turning out to be.
Out of the $3 billion,$ 2 billion went into the acquisition of i-flex,the banking software company.Just try and recall that oracle had acquired i-flex for 2 years back and owns 83 % stake in i-flex.
All this is really Good for Gurgaon and it development.Another reason why I am happy is because I live in this booming city.
