Vijay Mallya has got in touch with Accenture,to look at the possibility of integrating the operations of Kingfisher Airlines and Air Deccan.Accenture is into the business of providing important services such as management consulting,outsourcing and IT strategy and transformation.
I think it is a great idea to integrate the operations of Kingfisher Airlines and Air Deccan.Kingfisher is one of the leading Airlines and Air Deccan is known for the low prices.This will help them become the largest domestic airline.

Vijay Mallya’s UB Group owns 46% stake in Deccan Aviation.Air Deccan will be able to fly abroad as it will complete 5 years of domestic operations in the year 2008.Try and recall that the UB group had acquired 26 % stake in Deccan in May and later 20 % more through an open offer.

What is MRO? MRO stands for Maintenance, repair and overhaul.Kingfisher and Air Deccan are going to set up a MRO facility in Bangalore,India.It seems like this facility will carry out maintenance work for other airlines as well.
