Reliance Communications has set up Reliance Globalcom with an aim to be in the list of the top 5 global communications companies in the world.

Reliance Globalcom will integrate the global operations of Reliance Communications and its presence will be felt in around 50 countries.

The global business of Reliance Communications consists of:

1. Flag Telecom

2.Yipes Enterprise Services

3.International business of Reliance Communications

Reliance Communications , led by Billionaire Anil Ambani , has combined all these businesses under one umbrella brand,which is known as Reliance Globalcom.

The company will have its headquarters in London and plans for an IPO in the future.

The annualised start up revenue for Reliance Globalcom will be about Rs 5279 crore

Reliance Globalcom has plans to target the Global Telecom sector,which has a revenue potential of around US $ 285 Billion.

The company is going to make capital expenditure of about $2 billion over the next three year period.

The name of Yipes Enterprise Services has been changed to Reliance Globalcom Services and FLAG Telecom has been rebranded as Reliance FLAG.
