Hotel management is a very popular career option because the hospitality industry in one of the fastest growing sectors in India. In the times to come, more and more hotels will be set up and there will to be a huge demand for trained people.The qualified professionals can also get an opportunity to work overseas.
The work in industry is however, very demanding and requires a lot of commitment.
I have prepared a list of the some of top hotel management colleges in India.I have prepared the list to the best of my knowledge.The is not in any particular order.Here is the list:

Its good that you have mentioned some Hotel management colleges.Its high time that all education related website suggesting courses to students and also giving information about the careers should also list Culinary Arts in their information.Hoteliering and Culinary are two different streams of careers which should be told to students looking for information to become chefs.

Well said you are right Sudhakar Sir is the best.Im on Pullmantur as Chef Tournant and I feel Culinary Academy of India has really helped all of us to become professionals in such a short time.Thanks to all the Faculty they really are the best lot.

I go to Cornell, where the hotel school is pretty well known. I am not a hotelie, but many of my friends are. They really seem to enjoy what they are doing. I have found that many of the hotelies seem to be very outgoing and are social animals.

SRM college is good college in india for hotel management.the college has a good infra stractur but the management is not good.

Big names doen’nt matter anymore.Its the result of the college and the achievements of the students passing out of a college.Taday Culinary Academy of India has emerged as the best college in India and as a well recognised culinary acadmey world over just because of the students who passed out of this academy and also thier professional achievements.Chef Sudhakar N Rao qand his dream to put CAI on the top of tje culinary world has really come true.
